To develop talented medically and other clinically qualified professionals who have gained a higher research degree to lead their own research plans and establish their own research team to make the transition to independent investigator in the UK. Four years' support. Successful applicants who require a visa to work in the UK will be eligible to be considered under the Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) visa route.

The call is usually made between the months of enero and diciembre of the year before the start of the grant.

There are three opportunities per year to apply for a clinician scientist fellowship.

Even in the period in which the call is closed, the Terms and Conditions are published permanently for those interested to know them in order to prepare for the next opening.
