Researchers from low- or middle-income countries can apply.

Up to 5 years support for outstanding postdoctoral scientists in academic institutions in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Candidates will have the ability to carry out independent research and should be either an EEA national, have a relevant degree from a UK university, have worked in the UK for a continuous period of 3 years or more, or be an exceptional researcher whose recruitment to the host institution would be advantageous.

The call is usually made between the months of julio and noviembre of the year before the start of the grant.

This scholarship considers applications three times a year.

Even in the period in which the call is closed, the Terms and Conditions are published permanently for those interested to know them in order to prepare for the next opening.
